Introduction and Acceptance

Account Security and User Responsibilities

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Conduct

Availability and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, sgi88 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from service interruption, independent payment charges, user error or reliance on content that is clearly identified as general information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Amendments, Severability and Contact

sgi88 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security requirements, operational practices or applicable obligations. Material amendments will take effect from the date stated in the updated terms.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted. A failure by sgi88 to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
